The Subaru World Rally Team's efforts were particularly notable, with drivers like Petter Solberg and Tommi Mäkinen consistently delivering strong performances. Their exceptional driving skills, combined with the legendary Subaru Impreza WRC car's reliability and speed, propelled Subaru to the forefront of the rallying world during the 2002 season. Kyosho recognized the passion and admiration for this legendary rally car, inspiring them to create a 1/10 scale RC version. The powertrain features a slipper clutch channelling all the electric ponies to both front and rear gear differentials. Equipped with precision ball bearings, this chassis excels in both durability and impact resistance, enabling drivers to confidently explore its limits. Brake disc wheel hubs, offering two different offsets (0mm and +5mm), provide versatility for accommodating 190mm and 200mm width body styles. Furthermore, the option to replace specific parts (available separately) allows for wheelbase adjustment up to 270mm, ensuring compatibility with a range of 1/10 scale body styles.
